Customer Service Assistant - Part-Time

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service, building friendly relationships with members and resolving customer issues in a positive and professional manner
Check-in and greet members and guests for reservations, programs, and general facility use
Register customers for classes, programs, membership, and services in a comprehensive registration software system
Have a comprehensive knowledge of Club programs and policies in order to serve as an information desk for members & guests
Organize and maintain a filing system, record and receive inventory, and keep form, marketing materials, as well as concessions and retail items, stocked and readily available
Respond to phone calls, emails, and requests for information
Balance a till and closeout transactions from the day accurately and efficiently
Walk around the Club to give tours and explain membership information
Provide administrative support for other department managers as needed
Work well with others in a team setting
Maintain a clean/safe environment

Responsible and dependable team player with the ability to work independently
Maintain current First Aid and CPR certifications
