Responsibilities
Lead the evaluation of investment opportunities and identify merits and risks of potential transactions
Direct and manage all facets of the due diligence process
Engage with financing partners and external advisors throughout the deal process
Manage and mentor Associates
Contribute to contract negotiations and legal documentation
Serve as a Board member and strategic partner to portfolio companies
Play a critical role in liquidity events, including sale processes and recapitalizations
Qualification
Required
A track record of superior academic performance at top-tier undergraduate and MBA programs is required
Preferred
Candidates with prior investing experience are strongly encouraged to apply
Strong quantitative and qualitative skills, with the ability to lead and oversee financial modeling, business diligence, and strategic assessments
Outstanding interpersonal skills, presence, and the ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and build trusted relationships
