OP Consulting Group LLC is seeking a Sr. Specialist to enhance operational excellence through process improvement and SharePoint solutions. The role involves analyzing current practices, developing new procedures, and designing SharePoint applications to support business needs and DEI initiatives.

Responsibilities

Evaluate current practices and procedures and recommend improvements
Develop, review, and update processes, procedures, and guidelines to improve operational efficiency
Map workflows, assess bottlenecks, and identify pain points across business processes
Gather and analyze data, information, and resources to ensure accuracy and usability
Design and customize SharePoint sites (layout, navigation, branding, and structure)
Create and manage SharePoint lists and document libraries (metadata, data types, permissions/security)
Build and implement SharePoint workflows (approvals, task routing, automation)
Design and build web parts/features to improve SharePoint functionality and dynamic content
Track, synthesize, and report data from multiple sources to support decision-making
Develop reports and use visualization tools to communicate trends and findings to stakeholders
Perform additional duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics, process improvement, or operational enhancements
Strong expertise with Microsoft Excel
Strong expertise with Visio (workflow/process mapping)
Working knowledge and experience using SharePoint applications
Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft Office tools

Preferred

Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
Advanced reporting and tracking skills using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
Experience synthesizing and presenting insights to diverse audiences
Ability to create/manage automated workflows for data collection and reporting (SharePoint or similar)
