Staffing & Recruiting
Responsibilities
Oversee customer complaints and CAPA review cycles
Lead the internal audit program to ensure compliance and quality
Assist in developing, revising, and controlling SOPs and other documents
Identify training needs and conduct Quality Assurance training with the Quality Manager
Facilitate nonconformance investigations and resolutions promptly
Support the Quality Management System's maintenance and improvement
Contribute to performance metrics for ongoing improvement
Assist with inspections, document reviews, and data entry as needed
Adhere to quality systems and good manufacturing practices
Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues
Demonstrate excellent time management and independent work skills
Maintain regular and timely attendance in line with company policy
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree or equivalent; or 3-5 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in regulations/standards (ISO 13485, FDA, etc.)
Strong analytical and interpretative skills for business and regulatory documents
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving skills with the ability to draw valid conclusions
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to perform tasks involving reaching, standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds
Specific vision abilities including close vision and focus adjustment
