Deep experience (at least 4-6 years) in Structured Finance, securitization and Asset-Based Lending
Banking associate from a top law firm or company
General banking associates may be considered for the role
Ideal candidate has done both buy and sell side, but not entirely necessary
Ideal candidate can support multiple product lines (CLO's, Residential Mortgages, MBS, whole business securitization etc.)
