Responsibilities
Defines and optimizes market-specific dialing strategies to ensure client goals are met
Monitors market health and executes strategies to maximize fill rates (In-Home and Virtual) for assigned territories
Identifies and addresses "Low Fill" clinicians to ensure utilization meets network thresholds
Analyzes Week-over-Week (WoW) trends to identify performance gaps and provides daily updates on market status
Manages Salesforce (SF) cases for assigned markets, ensuring they are addressed within the 24-hour SLA
Executes strategies to minimize Unmet Demand %, prioritizing high-value clients and clearing near-term capacity daily
Updates drive time settings and route planning to minimize clinician drive times
Investigates root causes of cancellations and adjusts planning to improve retention
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Logistics, or related field. An equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered instead of a college degree
1 or more years of relevant professional experience in operations, logistics, or data analysis
Experience using Google Suite to include sheets, slides, and calendar management
Experience using Excel spreadsheets and/or PowerBI to analyze data trends
Preferred
Experience using SQL for data querying and analysis
Prior healthcare experience desired
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple market priorities simultaneously
Self-starter who can identify operational issues and propose solutions proactively
