Underwrite commercial real estate loans across multiple property types
Review and analyze borrower financials, credit information, and third-party reports
Conduct market and asset-level due diligence to evaluate risk and collateral
Prepare credit memoranda for internal review and approval
Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to support loan execution
Monitor deal pipeline and identify potential risks or issues
Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations
Assist with loan structuring and support the closing process
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in commercial real estate underwriting or credit analysis
Bachelor's degree in a related field
