They are currently seeking a Chinese-Language Analyst to join their Due Diligence and Investigations practice, where the successful candidate will conduct detailed investigative research and analysis to identify and understand various risks.

Responsibilities
Conduct detailed research on entities and/or individuals of interest, particularly in China and the broader Asia-Pacific region
Understand specific client requests and produce custom risk-analytic reports
Task and manage external sources as required
Review open source or records-based due diligence reports to ensure client readiness
Mentor and train junior research staff members as needed
Process and store sensitive information, including PII, in accordance with Information Management System policies
Promptly report potential security incidents to the Information Technology team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in international relations, political science, regional studies, criminal justice, business, or related area of study
1-2 years of relevant professional experience (including internships), specifically researching and analyzing risk issues
Outstanding English-language writing, research, and analytical abilities, with the capacity to distill complex information concisely
Exceptional attention to detail
Demonstrated client focus and a solutions-oriented mindset
Excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal and project management skills
Ability to review and refine team outputs effectively
Creative problem-solving abilities with exceptional reading, writing, and analytical skills; candidates will be asked to complete a diagnostic test to this effect
Professional proficiency in Chinese
Professional fluency in English required
