1+ years expGenesis10 is currently seeking a Monitoring Specialist for a contract role with our client in Richfield, MN. The primary function is to intake calls from the Emergency Hotline, perform triage and notification, and provide situational awareness for events that may impact operations.

Responsibilities
Answering Emergency Hotline calls and gathering information from employees
Completing Intake Forms as per standards and submitting the electronic form to engage proper teams to assist callers
Situational Awareness of events and incidents that could cause an impact to people or operations
Monitoring of Client facilities for burglary or damage through CCTV and may include Electrical and HVAC systems
Complete daily reporting as per SOP
Escalation to appropriate authorities or Client teams should suspicious activity occur
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
1-2 years call center or customer service experience required
Solid verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving ability
Ability to focus and multi-task
Preferred
Basic call center experience preferred
A strong work ethic with a solid record of dependability is crucial
Broad retail experience is beneficial
Communication skills across a variety of channels including Outlook, Teams, Phones, etc
