Responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable, including customer invoicing, purchase order tracking, and payment application
Collaborate with customers to resolve billing issues and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct regular financial and project performance analysis to identify cost drivers, profitability trends, and improvement opportunities
Develop and maintain departmental budgets and weekly cash flow projections
Partner with department managers to streamline billing and financial processes and reduce inefficiencies
Analyze vendor spend, review contracts, and identify cost-saving opportunities
Support broader company initiatives including benefits administration coordination, asset tracking, insurance review, onboarding support, and proposal standardization
Provide financial insights to leadership to support planning, budgeting, and growth decisions
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in accounting, finance, or controller-level roles
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, cash flow management, and financial analysis
Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working cross-functionally
Preferred
Experience with project-based billing and purchase order processes preferred
