Oversee a lean, high-performing finance team responsible for transactional accounting, payroll, and ledger integrity
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements through rigorous reporting practices
Manage monthly and annual close cycles, delivering timely and accurate financial statements
Liaise with external partners including auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions
Collaborate with production and operations teams to deliver actionable cost and margin analyses
Build and refine forecasting models, budgets, and performance dashboards to support strategic planning
Translate financial trends into clear recommendations for executive leadership
Champion the evolution of financial systems, including ERP enhancements and reporting automation
Strengthen internal controls and drive continuous improvement across financial workflows
Introduce scalable practices that improve transparency, speed, and decision-making
Act as a financial advisor to department heads, embedding fiscal discipline into daily operations
Support enterprise initiatives with financial modeling and scenario planning
Mentor team members, cultivating a culture of ownership, growth, and operational excellence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline (CPA/CMA a plus)
7+ years of progressive experience in financial leadership, ideally within industrial or manufacturing sectors
Expertise in cost accounting, operational finance, and performance analysis
Proven ability to lead small teams and build collaborative relationships across departments
Track record of driving systems upgrades and process improvements (ERP fluency preferred)
Exceptional communicator with a knack for turning numbers into narratives
