Responsibilities
Collaborate with corporate teams to support and guide HR operations, including recruitment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, and compliance
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with organizational goals
Serve as an internal consultant to leadership, providing data-driven insights and HR expertise
Administer employee engagement surveys and develop action plans to improve satisfaction
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, including coordination with legal counsel on EEOC and other matters
Oversee orientation and training programs to support employee development and cultural alignment
Manage HR budgets and resources to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and organizational information
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in healthcare
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills
Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions and lead teams effectively
Preferred
Master's degree
PHR or SPHR certification
