Responsibilities
Provides support and works closely Senior Designers, Designers and cross-functional partners
Collaborate closely with development teams to build product with innovative materials and consumer function in mind
Support in the design process with thumbnailing, sketching, tech-pack building
Be able to quickly update sketches with hand of VB product
Bring together management’s visions to effectively capture the brand's essence
Create spec sheets and tech packs for manufacturing teams
Maintain knowledge of current and future trends through strong market research skills, and cultural media awareness
Qualification
Required
2+ years design experience in footwear, fashion, or related industry
Strong sketching skills on Procreate
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate
Tech Pack creation and prototype correction experience
Logistics and coordination of sample and swatch management
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Design or related field preferred
Preferred specialization in contemporary fashion and dress footwear design
