Senior Deal Desk Lead
XBOW is in a hyper-scale phase, and they are seeking a Senior Deal Desk Lead to partner with the Sales team to ensure complex deals are managed effectively. The role involves overseeing pricing integrity, contract accuracy, and the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, while establishing standard operating procedures for a growing team.

Responsibilities
Deal Strategy & Gatekeeping
Partner with Account Executives to structure complex deals, providing creative solutions for non-standard terms
Serve as the primary front-line approver for all quotes, ensuring compliance with commercial guidelines and margin requirements
Troubleshoot quote errors within Nue.io CPQ and Salesforce to prevent friction in the sales cycle
Product & Price Book Governance
Maintain the master price book and product catalog
Manage government contract listings, ensuring our external-facing price books remain compliant with specific regulatory requirements
Order Operations & RFP Support
Lead the operational response for RFPs, ensuring technical and commercial requirements are responded to in a timely manner
Own the final order submission process, verifying that all data is audit-ready before passing it to Finance
Legal Ops & Lifecycle Management
Manage the contract lifecycle within Ironclad, including the tagging, metadata indexing, and archiving of fully executed agreements
Ensure a seamless flow of data between Ironclad, Salesforce, DocuSign and our internal repositories
Qualification
Required
Salesforce Expert: You understand the data architecture of opportunities and accounts
CPQ Power User: Significant experience with CPQ platforms (experience with Nue.io is a major competitive advantage)
Contract Management: Proficiency in Ironclad and DocuSign is required
Communication: Ability to be a 'firm but helpful' partner to Sales—balancing the need for speed with the need for compliance
Availability: Must be located in USA (Pacific or Mountain Time) or work those hours
