Responsibilities
Oversee substation construction projects within the High Voltage Division
Implement High Voltage’s business plan
Oversee the execution of substation projects, both new and retrofits
Optimistic and ability to lead, couch, and mentor team members
Ability to work with upper management and peers throughout the company
Proven record of efficiency
Ability to develop and implement strategies
Ability to lead and manage a mobile team of professionals
Possess a growth oriented mindset
A demonstrated track record of effectively managing substation projects
Ability to find and build new relationships and clientele
Other duties or locations as assigned by manager
Qualification
Required
10 years' experience in the high voltage utility substation or substation construction industry
Desire to achieve operational, customer, and financial excellence
MS Office including Word and Excel with the ability build spreadsheets, graphs, and data points
Proven track record of project wind and business growth
Possess excellent communication skills
Ability to determine projects' critical needs
Detail oriented and excellent follow through
Ability to travel outside of Utah up to 20% of the time
