Responsibilities

Own end-to-end freight invoice audit and dispute processes (~500 invoices/week)
Identify billing discrepancies, pricing errors, and contract non-compliance
Drive cost savings, dispute recovery, and resolution speed by analyzing freight data to detect trends, identify billing errors and discrepancies, and implement cost optimization strategies
Partner cross-functionally with carriers, finance, logistics, analytics, and S&T
Own and improve dispute metrics, dashboards, and reporting
Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives

Required

Strong analytical skills with proven ability to identify root causes and trends
Experience with freight billing, carrier pricing, tariffs, and contract rate application
High attention to detail and accuracy in invoice review and documentation
Ability to manage multiple disputes and priorities independently
Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external partners
Experience using data, reporting tools, and systems to drive decisions
