Responsibilities
Define and manage product requirements by translating business needs and data insights into user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
Analyze product usage, performance metrics, and customer feedback to identify and prioritize enhancements
Own and maintain the product backlog and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs
Track and report product performance using key performance indicators such as usage statistics, cycle time, defect rates, and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with engineering and design teams within an Agile environment to refine priorities and support sprint planning
Recommend and justify product improvements through quantitative and qualitative data
Maintain awareness of competitive and market trends to inform product strategy
Build strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams and external customers
Ensure that design, usability, and quality standards are met
Assume accountability and ownership for assigned products and initiatives
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
A minimum of five years of recent experience in Healthcare related business analysis, product management, or a related role
Strong analytical skills with demonstrable experience in data-driven product decision-making
Excellent written, verbal, and collaborative communication skills
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
A customer-focused mindset with experience in enhancing user outcomes
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Creative, innovative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
Experience working within Agile or Scrum environments
Preferred
Experience with Rapid Application Development platforms is considered advantageous
