Responsibilities
Provide customer-facing technical service & support for the Jeppesen tailored NavData™ product
Resolve problems and handle requests relating to the aeronautical content in Jeppesen tailored NavData™ solutions
Investigate complex technical issues and provide recommended solutions to customers and internal stakeholders
Considerable ability to maintain effective working relationships in a team environment
Build team technical capability through sharing knowledge & expertise with others
Support data design and research efforts and communicate solutions to cross-functional teams
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5-10 years' experience with ARINC-424 NavData
Minimum 5-10 years' experience with NavData product specifications
Minimum 5-10 years' experience with government-issued navigation data documents (AIP, AIP AMDT/SUP, AICs, FAA Form 8260s, NFDDs, etc.)
Minimum 5-10 years' experience with NavData production schedules
Minimum 5-10 years' experience with IFR procedures and aeronautical data
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or higher
Exceptional customer service, as well as written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Tailored NavData preferred
Knowledge of ARINC-424 NavData coding rules preferred
Knowledge of OEM systems & data compatibility preferred
Knowledge of NavData extract & delivery procedures preferred
Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
Pilot or flight navigation experience preferred
