Senior Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics - Item Monitoring
Walmart Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager for their Global Marketplace and Ecommerce Compliance team. This role involves developing and implementing scalable solutions for ecommerce item compliance initiatives and ensuring non-compliant products are not listed on Walmart.com.

Responsibilities
Develop Monitoring for Item Controls – Work with subject matter experts, legal, our business partners and others to understand compliance needs and develop controls and monitoring for our eCommerce platform
Lead Initiatives – Take ownership in one or multiple team objectives by analyzing issues, identifying the scope of work to be done, and implementing a plan of action
Leverage Technology – Learn to utilize the many tools and resources we have available to efficiently manage workflow
Build strategic relationships: Maximize relationships with subject matter experts, merchants, and other business partners to understand their business and serve as the connective tissue between many different organizations
Operate with excellence – Set an example in managing to KPIs, delivering excellence, presenting at all levels, and developing yourself and others
Qualification
Required
JD and/or experience in compliance, consumer protection, data analytics or monitoring
Excitement around unique challenges and ready to engage at a Fortune 1 scale
Background in compliance monitoring, data analytics, regulatory compliance, or health and wellness compliance
Familiarity with ecommerce or marketplace sales platforms
Great eye for detail and the ability to draft simple, clear, and concise process documents
Organization, discipline, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Mastery at making complex subjects easily understood through text and visuals
"Get things done" and "can do" attitude
Preferred
Juris Doctorate, or equivalent experience
Experience monitoring compliance controls
Experience working in or leading an escalation team
Prior eCommerce experience is a strong plus
