Crafting, building and supporting critical data solutions for applications to deliver the best customer experience
Exploring new technology trends and using them to simplify and modernize our data ecosystem
Driving Innovation and influencing the team to implement solutions with future thinking
Guiding teams to improve development agility and efficiency
Resolving technical roadblocks to the team and mitigating potential risks
Delivering system automation by setting up continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge and technology trends in implementing business applications
Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements/metrics
Excellent written & verbal communication
3-5+ years in BI Engineering / Analytics Engineering / Data Analytics role
Experience in Reporting tools such as OBIEE/OAS and Power BI
Experience in designing, developing, and implementing business solutions in OBIEE/OAS and Power BI
Hands-on experience in report and dashboard development using OBIEE/OAS and Power BI
Experience with data warehouses: Snowflake and Exadata
Hands on experience as an ETL data engineer and as a report developer
Experience in writing complex queries, Pl-Sql function and ETL
Experience in advanced SQL (CTEs, window functions, performance tuning, explain plans)
Solid understanding of dimensional modeling and semantic layer design
Experience in Power BI: DAX, Power Query (M), modeling, visualization & deployment pipelines
Familiarity with Python
Excellent technical design and strong analytical reasoning, statistical thinking
Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in fast paced environment
Deep experience supporting critical applications quickly
Superb communication skills, both through written and verbal channels
Excellent collaboration skills to work with multiple teams in the organization
Ability to understand and adapt to changing business priorities and technology advancements
