Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on creating memorable experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction
Exhibit empathy, patience, and a positive attitude when addressing customer needs or concerns
Uphold Halls’ brand image and demonstrate a passion for our customers in every interaction
Answer incoming phone calls, transfer calls appropriately, and assist with inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
Collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrating a positive team player attitude within the department and the entire store
Perform gift wrapping and gift boxing services to maintain Halls’ high standards of presentation
Multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Cash management and cash handling accurately and responsibly
Maintain and stock supplies in the concierge area to ensure readiness and efficiency
Keep the customer service area clean, organized, and visually appealing
All Halls employees are responsible for protecting company assets by following established policies and procedures

Qualification

Customer service experienceCash handling experienceCommunication skillsBasic computer skillsTeamwork skills

Required

High school diploma or GED or equivalent
Minimum one year customer service experience in a professional or public environment

Preferred

Cash register and cash handling experience
Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
Must have a professional disposition when working with customers
Basic computer skills
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email
Superior customer service & teamwork skills –have a great attitude and are a team player
