Process & code invoices; reconcile vendor statements
Support AP, AR, billing, and general ledger activities
Perform daily bank reconciliations & balance sheet reconciliations
Track CapEx & fixed assets
Assist with inventory cycle counts
Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports
Support budgeting, forecasting & cost accounting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA a plus)
2–5+ years of accounting experience
Strong Excel & ERP/accounting system skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
Preferred
Manufacturing & cost accounting experience
