The role involves researching and organizing events, negotiating contracts, and managing event demonstrators to enhance their marketing efforts in the assigned territory.

Construction

Responsibilities

Research and find Events and Shows within our assigned territory
Negotiate Contracts with the Event Vendors
Book an annual calendar of Events and Shows
Recruit, hire and train Event Demonstrators
Schedule Demonstrators to work Events
Coordinate booth and display set-up and tear down
Set appointments for a Free In-Home Consultation at the Events and Shows
Collect Contest Entries
Follow up on the Contest Entries and schedule them for a Free In-Home Consultation
Measure and report results
