Research, identify, and engage high-potential prospective clients using LinkedIn, email, and calls
Manage a pipeline of active opportunities, progressing conversations through defined stages
Communicate value clearly and professionally, addressing objections and guiding decisions
Maintain accurate records of all activity and progress within the CRM system
Work closely with internal consultants to understand requirements and align client expectations
Follow up consistently and manage longer sales cycles with discipline and persistence
Stay informed on market trends to ensure conversations remain relevant and commercially sound
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years' experience in a sales, account management, or revenue-focused role
Comfortable working with targets, performance metrics, and commission-based earnings
Strong communication skills with a calm, professional approach
High level of self-management, organisation, and follow-through
Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach tools, and CRM systems
Preferred
Interest in professional services or advisory environments is beneficial but not required
