The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing a talent acquisition strategy to source, evaluate, and select highly qualified and diverse talent, while overseeing the entire candidate experience and managing recruitment metrics.

Responsibilities
Build talent pipeline for current and future job opening
Lead sourcing strategies
Manage external partnerships with colleges, job boards, and vendors
Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews, and communication)
Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans
Oversee and manage company involvement with DoD Skillbridge program
Manage and evaluate third party recruiters/sources
Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of the company
Manage and develop company ATS
Assist in management of company Affirmative Action Plan
Measure key recruitment metrics: i.e., source of hire and time to hire
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Proven work experience in Talent Acquisition or similar role
Demonstrated experience managing full cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools
Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR Databases
Good team-management abilities
Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships
Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources or related field or equivalent years of experience
Preferred
Prefer experience in government recruiting including sourcing individuals with security clearance
