Sales/Account Manager Position

Responsibilities

Call call leads provided by the company
Prospect for their own leads through business channels and research
Collaborate with Sales Manager and product managers to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects
Nurture leads with follow ups, calls-to-action, complete profile information, identifying needs, and so on
Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions
Assist in identifying pricing needs of clients and working with management to ensure increases sales and maintaining profitability
Where necessary, support marketing which may or may not include tradeshows, webinars, open houses, product demonstration videos and other events
Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and e-mail cross-sell and up-sell
Handle inbound prospect calls and convert them into sales
Overcome objections of prospective customers
Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports
Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database
Investigate competition prices, brands, reputations and information
Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position

Required

Proficient with Windows based software, website software, and email
2 to 3 years of direct work experience in a sales, telesales and/or customer service
Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining a sales quota
Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
Excellent listening skills
Self motivated to succeed and driven by quotas and goals
Sales: 2 years (Required)
English (Required)

Preferred

Working with a CRM (Client Relationship Management) Software
Excellent writing skills and working with blogs, forums and online interaction
Social Media experience in a business environment
Associate (Preferred)
