Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share in the flexible packaging sector
Identify, prospect, and cultivate new clients and market segments across North America
Negotiate and close profitable business agreements for the company
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and strategic partners
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, R&D, production) to ensure project success
Conduct competitive intelligence and analyze market trends to anticipate customer needs
Promote the company's innovative and sustainable solutions to clients and partners
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally in the manufacturing or flexible packaging sector
Proficiency in CRM tools, Prospect Tracking and office software
Up to 50% travel primarily in North America
Results-oriented and customer satisfaction focus
Strategic thinking and analytical skills
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and achieve ambitious goals
Leadership and ability to positively influence others
Knowledge of sustainability and innovation-related issues
