Process full‑cycle, high‑volume A/P for multiple units
Maintain A/P vendor files and related system records
Review new vendor setups and ensure compliance with W‑9 and 1099 requirements
Verify proper coding of invoices and ensure compliance with Salvation Army policies
Maintain sales tax records for quarterly reporting
Generate checks and prepare accompanying backup documentation
Research and resolve A/P discrepancies and issues
Monitor outstanding and stale checks
Serve as the primary liaison to field units for A/P‑related matter
Ensure reimbursement and petty cash forms are consistent and up to date
File vouchers and supporting documentation accurately
Reconcile A/P aging reports monthly
Process corporate credit card expenses accurately and on time
Process personal, petty cash, and mileage reimbursements
Verify proper expense coding
Communicate with cardholders to collect missing or required information
