Responsibilities
Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll accurately and timely using UKG software
Assist the Accounting Department with payroll-related reconciliations, including benefits, taxes and expenses
Process new hires, terminations, and other applicable personnel changes
Collaborate during payroll audits, reconciliations, and reporting cycles
Troubleshoot employee payroll issues and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Qualification
Required
3-4+ years of hands-on experience with full-cycle payroll
Associate's Degree or above in a related field, payroll professional certification, or equivalent experience demonstrating knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and practices
Software experience with UKG or Ultipro
Experience with Excel spreadsheets and using pivot tables
Proficiency with general payroll/finance systems and MS Office, including with email
