Responsibilities

Reviewing purchase data to categorize spending, identify top suppliers and commodity categories, analyze trends overtime, etc
Validating sourcing reports and providing feedback
Running data analysis to identify reporting and efficiency opportunities to create and expand KPI metric development
Executing procurement excellence operations using USG’s Oracle ERP system, reporting tools, and other job-related solutions
Creating and updating procurement manuals, purchasing policies, or training documentation
Working closely with Sourcing Process Intern on process corrections through data

Qualification

Data analysisMicrosoft ExcelOracle ERPPowerBITableauStatistics understandingCommunication skillsInterpersonal skills

Required

Currently enrolled in a degree program at a recognized university in Supply Chain or related disciplines
Ability to work in a high pace environment
Strong experience with Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Basic understanding of statistics and data analysis
Good written and oral communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills

Preferred

PowerBI, Tableau, or other reporting experience is welcomed
