Responsibilities
Support customers via phone, chat, and email while managing order entry, updates, product questions, pricing, shipping, availability, and releasing order holds
Enter orders accurately into the system and capture/track sales leads
Qualification
Required
1–2+ years in customer service or order management
strong attention to detail
technically inclined
proficient in Microsoft Office
comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
coachable
patient
open to learning
able to multitask
holds a high school diploma or GED
Preferred
Associate's/Bachelor's degree
Salesforce or Oracle experience
bilingual (Spanish/French)
tech‑savvy backgrounds (gamers, Geek Squad, computer hobbyists)
