Responsibilities
Mix and thin paint or other coatings to specified color and consistency according to customer requests
Regulate controls on equipment and paint booth to cure and dry paint or other coatings
Operate lifting and moving devises to move materials and equipment to access areas to be painted
Rack work pieces on skids, inspect, mark, and transfer finished products to staging / shipping areas
Responsible for cleanliness of paint booth, paint guns, spraying equipment and replacement of screens and filters
Maintain records of paint issued and inventory of supplies on hand
Qualification
Required
Previous experience as a painter in an industrial environment preferred
Previous experience operating material handling equipment
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Effective communication and people skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Knowledge of construction safety and industry-specific onboarding processes is advantageous
