Responsibilities

Develop and implement trade compliance policies and procedures
Monitor and ensure compliance with international trade laws, regulations, and standards
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance risks and recommend solutions
Liaise with government agencies and external auditors as necessary
Provide training and guidance to internal teams on trade compliance matters
Manage classification, valuation, and licensing of imports and exports
Stay updated on changes in trade regulations and adjust company policies accordingly
Support the development of strategic initiatives to optimize trade compliance operations

Required

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Preferred

Certification in trade compliance (e.g., CUSECO, CCEP) is preferred
