New Grad, Entry LevelSoftpath System is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to serve as the primary customer support for their contact center. The role requires the CSR to work independently, provide immediate support, and be knowledgeable about the company's products and services to assist customers effectively.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary customer support for our contact center
Work independently with little to no supervision
Provide immediate availability and professional customer service
Document interactions within our systems
Make decisions that eliminate impediments to customers' ability to buy cars
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Prior clerical or administrative experience required
Valid Driver's License and safe driving record required
Strong verbal and written communication and organization skills with strong attention to details required
Basic computer software skills required
Commitment to providing excellent customer service required
Must be able to operate adding machines and other office equipment (i.e., copier, fax machine, etc.)
Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks; manual dexterity
Vision abilities required include close, distance and depth perception
Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear
Preferred
Working knowledge of federal and state laws regarding arbitration of vehicles, preferred
Automotive, mechanical or body shop experience with complaint recording and resolution, preferred
