Responsibilities
Prepare and complete material requests for buyer meetings
Coordinate and place fabric orders with overseas partners
Order color swatches and development supplies
Create color chip standards and assemble seasonal color cards
Manage costing standard requests in collaboration with the production team
Partner closely with the Product Development team to ensure all projects are handed off with complete and accurate information in a timely manner
Organize, maintain, and replenish the physical color, fabric, and trim library
Enter and maintain new color information within the PLM system
Qualification
Required
Ability to multi-task, be highly organized, and extremely detail-oriented
Interest in learning about fabric/trim development
Experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
Adobe Illustrator experience is a plus
