Responsibilities

Define and execute go-to-market strategy, set quarterly and annual revenue targets, and identify priority markets and verticals for expansion based on data-driven insights
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales organization while establishing clear accountability, performance metrics, and compensation structures
Partner closely with Revenue Operations and Solutions Engineering to create integrated workflows, unified KPIs, and streamlined processes from prospect to customer
Implement scalable sales processes, CRM standards, pipeline management frameworks, and forecasting methodologies that support continued hypergrowth
Drive strategic expansion into new geographic markets, customer segments, and partnership channels—particularly within fintech, traditional banking, and crypto ecosystems
Oversee strategic partnership development that enables revenue growth, including relationships with fintech companies, banks, and crypto institutions
Track and optimize key revenue metrics including pipeline velocity, win rates, deal size, and customer acquisition costs across all channels

Required

7+ years in revenue leadership roles with proven track record of scaling B2B sales organizations through hypergrowth
Deep understanding of payments infrastructure, including card processing, payment gateways, merchant acquiring, and cross-border payment flows
Demonstrated success building and leading sales teams of 5+ people with clear examples of team development and performance improvement
Strong strategic and analytical capabilities with experience setting market expansion priorities and resource allocation decisions
Proven ability to create alignment across sales, revenue operations, and technical teams in fast-paced startup environments
Experience implementing sales processes and systems that drive predictable, scalable revenue growth
Exceptional communication and leadership skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders

Preferred

Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services technology
Established professional network within crypto or web3 industries
Background scaling revenue organizations through Series A/B stages
Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles
