Help Desk Analyst
I2X Technologies is a reputable technology services company to the Federal Government, seeking a Help Desk Analyst to support ongoing activities for a customer at Eglin AFB, FL. The role involves providing Tier I support, including software installation, troubleshooting, and enforcing IT policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
Serve in a Tier I support role executing the duties below both on site and via telephone helpdesk support
Software installation and support of commercial software and related upgrades
Update solutions database with applicable resolutions
Problem solving, hardware/software installation and configuration based on computing standards, and client support for all network and desktop
Monitors and enforces all IT policies and procedures
Installs and configures computers, monitors, network infrastructure and peripherals such as printers, scanners, and related hardware
Maintains, upgrades and repairs PCs/laptops and Window desktop applications for all systems
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience in an IT or IT support role
Current Security+ certification required
An active TS/SCI clearance
US Citizenship is required
