Responsibilities
Responsible for barcoding all new inventory in Point-of-Sale system
Audits the physical inventory to ensure that the physical inventory aligns precisely with the virtual inventory numbers
Performs daily/weekly cycle counts and inventory evaluation and verification procedures
Provides timely notice to management if discrepancies are found, so that they may be fully investigated
Research inventory variances and adjustments
Maintains an accurate account of non-stock and unavailable inventory
Implements and follows cannabis waste procedures and schedules
Creates a calendar of all upcoming expired products
Assist with budtending as directed by manager
Provides excellent customer experience
Accurately log customer in computer systems
Accurate records customer transactions in POS system
Ensures that all phases of the customer experience remain seamless and exceed their expectations
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Prior retail or customer service experience (1-3 years)
Inventory experience in a retail environment
Strong Math skills
METRC or similar cannabis seed-to-sale tracking software experience
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, with advanced knowledge in Excel
Must be 21+ years old and pass a criminal background check requirement
