Responsibilities
Drive Sales revenue and Pricing strategy for Unified Base, Enhanced Solutions and Industry Solutions
Lead the financial planning and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives
Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive business growth and profitability
Manage financial reporting and analysis to gather key insights on business health, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and performance metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies that support business initiatives
Manage and develop a team of 5 to 6 individual contributors through application of our management philosophy of Model, Coach and Care
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 10+ years' experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years' experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
OR equivalent experience
1+ year(s) experience managing direct reports
Preferred
Experience in project management, Financial analysis, strategic or relationship management role
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams to achieve results
Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills
