Responsibilities
Support the onboarding of new team members by completing and reviewing employment documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
Act as a first point of contact for employee questions and concerns, providing assistance or directing individuals to the appropriate resources
Maintain accurate employee records, including personal details and time‑related information
Assist with employee engagement, ambassador relations, and people‑focused initiatives
Provide administrative support across recruitment, training coordination, and special HR projects
Support uniform and wardrobe distribution by issuing, exchanging, and processing returned items using point‑of‑sale systems
Assist with recruitment administration, including job requisitions, offer coordination, applicant documentation, and hiring workflows
Carry out additional administrative tasks as required to support the HR function
Qualification
Required
A helpful, service‑oriented mindset with a genuine interest in supporting others
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Comfortable learning and using HR systems, processes, and Microsoft‑based tools
Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
