Responsibilities
Build, manage, and grow an assigned territory
Identify, qualify, and nurture new opportunities from prospect to close
Establish and maintain a strong local presence through outbound communication, networking, events, and partnerships
Deliver tailored demos, negotiate contracts, and close deals
Work closely with leadership to identify opportunities for territory growth and future expansion
Partner with internal teams to align strategies, share insights, and maximize client success
Approximately 70% travel within your territory to build and maintain client relationships
Qualification
Required
Proven success in outbound sales or business development, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments
Strong networking and relationship-building skills with a local/community focus
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Self-starter with resilience and a track record of hitting or exceeding quotas
Flexibility and willingness to travel up to 70%
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, as this role requires frequent in-person visits to client locations
