Responsibilities
Act as a key point of contact for end users, supporting incidents and service requests via phone, ServiceNow, email, and walk-up support
Triage, take ownership of, and troubleshoot technical issues, liaising with other IT teams to ensure timely resolution and clear user communication
Support end-user technologies including desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, telephony systems, and mobile devices
Create and maintain accurate support documentation and knowledge articles on a quarterly basis
Execute service requests and tickets using best-practice methodologies, leveraging automation, applications, and modern IT services
Maintain the operational health of computers, printers, and peripherals, including hardware and software maintenance and basic break/fix
Manage hardware inventory, device builds, desk setups, desk moves, and proactive room checks
Assist with system access management, security controls, and spam/anti-virus protection
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, or End User Support role
Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, and Intune administration
Experience managing Exchange recipients and groups (on-prem and Microsoft 365)
Solid understanding of Windows 10 & 11 desktop environments
Experience supporting VDI solutions and multi-factor authentication (MS MFA, DUO)
Proactive, self-motivated, and keen to learn, including scripting or automating tasks with PowerShell
