Responsibilities
Analyze, design, develop, and test new applications and enhancements to existing systems
Build robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using Java-based technologies
Apply SDLC methodologies to ensure high-quality deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business owners to gather and refine requirements
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues
Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
Qualification
Required
10+ years of hands-on Java development experience
Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Framework
Proficiency in Hibernate and Hibernate Query Language (HQL)
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
Experience working on large-scale, complex systems
Hands-on experience with JSP, XML, JDBC, and Servlets
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Experience working in enterprise or mission-critical application environments
Ability to work independently as well as within a team
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
