Responsibilities
Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders
Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
Collaborate with architects and design teams to ensure alignment with project vision and goals
Conduct regular project status meetings with team members and stakeholders to review progress and address concerns
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Architecture, Design, or a related field
Proven experience as a Project Manager in an architectural or design environment
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with clients and team members
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred
Professional certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus
