Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy software features end-to-end
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Build scalable backend services and integrate APIs
Collaborate with product managers and designers to define requirements
Ensure code quality with unit testing, integration testing, and peer reviews
Debug production issues and improve system reliability
Optimize performance, scalability, and security
Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, standups, retros)

Qualification

Required

2–5 years of experience in software development
Strong knowledge of one backend language (Java / Python / Node.js / Go)
Familiar with databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and caching (Redis)
Understanding of REST APIs and microservices concepts
Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
Good problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred

Cloud experience (AWS / GCP / Azure)
Exposure to Kubernetes/Docker
Event-driven systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
Basic security knowledge (OAuth2, JWT)
