Responsibilities
Input steel routings into plant manufacturing systems
Update databases pertaining to part entry
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the company (ex. Sales, Quality, Operations, and others)
Serve as a point of contact for inquiries related to customer specs
Provide support for Quality Management initiatives
Conduct data analysis to assess and improve product capability
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Science related engineering field
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Demonstrated problem-solving and leadership capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Effective typing and data entry skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering
2+ years of relevant experience
Data reporting and/or programming experience
Familiarity with Quality Management Systems
Experience working in a unionized environment
