Responsibilities
Manages a single project end-to-end, regardless of its size or complexity
Designs, scopes, and/or builds new systems and/or major features, applying experienced-based judgment
Proactively collaborates with PM and team members to understand dependencies and designs solutions that do not disrupt existing changes
Approaches challenges with a broad mindset. Identifies, proposes, and implements scalable solutions that can be leveraged across my team
Rapidly masters and employs true and tested technologies and techniques to deliver high-quality solutions and solve challenging technical problems
Brainstorms with the team to build innovative solutions, problem solve, Client and implement Client paths/solutions to achieve our goals within constraints
Develops complex systems/integrations to solve high-level problems
Is an expert in multiple functional domains and their data, integrations and reporting
Communicates effectively to technical and non-technical audiences across a variety of technical subjects
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience developing in Salesforce ecosystem - Apex, Triggers, LWC framework, Process Builders, Flows and system configuration/administration
Experience with integrating large systems and custom products in complex Salesforce environments
Software development experience and understanding of industry best practices outside of Salesforce, preferably on an AWS stack
Working knowledge of Salesforce DevOps experience using tools like Jira, GitHub, Salesforce DX and the Salesforce CLI
Proven ability to deliver at a high level in an Agile environment
