Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of an engineering or technical degree, a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
7 years of experience performing in a Project Engineering or similar technical leadership role. In lieu of project engineering experience, 7 years of experience in one or more of the following disciplines may be considered (two or more preferred): Aeronautical Engineering (electrical, structural, mechanical, flight sciences, mass properties, aerodynamics, etc.), Software Engineering/Computer Science, Hardware Engineering, Systems Engineering (design and integration)
An active Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret, which requires U.S. Citizenship
Experience with the one or more of the following areas is required: Program planning, guidance, and engineering execution within scope, schedule, and budget; Broad understanding of engineering processes and policies; Aircraft Integration, Test and Delivery experience; Leadership Skills (i.e., Task Leader, IPT Leader and/or Functional Management); Executive Level Integration and Communication (to include internal and Customer stakeholders)
