Responsibilities

Monitor and support critical mobile core systems including EPC, IMS, and 5G Core

Contribute to troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and operational stability

Required

Completion within the past 3 years, or current enrollment with expected completion within 12 months, of a certification or relevant degree program (e.g., Associate's, Apprenticeship, Boot Camp, or Certification in a specialized program + 1 year of relevant experience, High School Diploma + 2 years of relevant experience) or Bachelor's + 0 years of relevant experience. Relevant fields include: Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or related field
Hands-on experience in wireless core or IP networking environments, with a basic understanding of 3G/4G/5G core components (e.g., MME/AMF, SGW/PGW/UPF)
Familiarity with IP networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, and switching
Proficiency with Linux command-line navigation and basic system operations
Able to legally live and work in the country for which you're applying, without visa support or sponsorship

Preferred

Exposure to telecom protocols such as Diameter, GTP, SCTP
Experience with network monitoring or ticketing tools (Nagios, Grafana, Splunk, ServiceNow)
Knowledge of virtualized/cloud-native platforms (VMware, OpenStack, Docker/Kubernetes)
Basic scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Shell for automation
