Responsibilities
Contribute to complex multi-threaded projects
Streamline client business processes and technology environments
Develop go-to-market strategies
Execute change management initiatives
Work alongside clients and interface with executive stakeholders
Plan and execute successful client engagements
Collaborate with other Valent leaders to contribute to business development and operational activities
Qualification
Required
Degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar
Minimum of two years of experience in program leadership, technology consulting, systems integration, or related role
Experience with technology implementation projects (i.e., digital transformation, process reengineering, ERP systems, cloud migration, AI and automation)
Knowledge of change management frameworks, Agile methodologies, and project management tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect technical solutions to business objectives and client outcomes
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams
Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks to meet diverse client needs
Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship
